The START Center is proud to announce our Low Income Weatherization Program.
If you qualify, we can provide energy efficiency improvements to the homes of income-eligible customers in the TCC electric distribution service area. Now up to $6,500!
Energy-efficiency measures can include:

- Attic and Wall insulation
- ENERGY STAR refrigerators
- Air conditioners
- Solar screens
- Duct repair and sealing
